Initial 30-minute call to discuss your specific needs and see if we are a good “fit”.

Evaluation
Visit to preview your home, walk through of entire home with verbal suggestions (you may take notes for your reference).
Up to 2 hours. $150.00

Staging

Vacant: Furniture, accessories, and artwork rental would be a cost in addition to my staging fees and would be between you and the rental source chosen.

Lived In: Using existing furnishings, accessories, and artwork, arranging for furniture rental if needed. Price would depend on how many and which rooms would be staged.
